Graham brings decades of mechanical and customer service experience to bear in his new position with Campus Scooter. Graham has been dedicated to the “Live Green” movement throughout his life and career, most recently specializing in home energy conservation and providing energy audits to assist homeowners and businesses in lowering their energy use and overall carbon footprint. Selling and servicing the most fuel-efficient vehicles on the road is a natural extension of Graham’s passions and career goals. It is an understatement to say that our customers will be well served with Mr. Merwin at the helm and we are very fortunate to have him manage our shop and service operations. All of Campus Scooters scooters are assembled, inspected and thoroughly tested by a mechanic previous to sale. (The scooters sold in store only)
Campus Scooters scooters come with an upgraded premium carburetor, engine components and U.S. made CVT belts which makes them superior to the cheap Internet scooters.
All of Campus Scooters 50cc scooters get an average of 80 to over 100 Miles Per Gallon (MPG). MPG is dependent on how scooter is operated and the size of rider.
Campus Scooter stocks the mechanical and electronic parts for all of the Campus scooters that they sell.
All of Campus Scooters scooters under 50cc do not require a motorcycle license. Only a moped or operators license is required by Michigan law. See the Secretary of State for further details.
To make a scooter street legal it needs to be registered. A 3 year registration with the State of Michigan is only $15. We are located close to a branch of the Secretary Of State near Frandor.
Insurance is optional on all of our 50cc Campus Scooter scooters. No Proof of Insurance is required to register with the State of Michigan.
For those 19 and over, Helmets are optional. We carry an assortment of helmets and suggest wearing a helmet at all times.
Campus Scooters gas scooters are all 4-Stroke (no oil/gas mix) and require relatively low maintenance.
Campus Scooter offers an incredibly discounted labor rate to our customers on all repairs. Our customer rates are less than half of what other garages charge.
Unlike most dealers, there are no hidden fees when you purchase a scooter. The only charge besides the incredible low sale price is Michigan sales tax.
