Campus Scooter will NO LONGER service scooters not purchased from Campus Scooter

Step 1 – Pay Diagnosis and Schedule Scooter Drop Off

All Repairs Must Be Scheduled.

Step 2 – Create a Service Repair Ticket

To schedule a repair, first pick a time to drop off your scooter and pay the diagnosis fee, then create a repair ticket.

Customer denotes a person who purchased their scooter directly from Campus Scooter.

Non-Customer denotes someone who did not purchase their scooter directly from Campus Scooter

Campus Scooter Customer Service Agreement

Terms:

1. A $65 non-refundable Diagnosis Fee will be charged for all service requests.

2. Customers who purchased their scooters from Campus Scooter receive a discount of $20/hour on all labor charges.

3. All special order parts and body panels (not in-stock at Campus Scooter) must be pre-paid before the order is placed. If parts are covered by Warranty, Customer must provide proof of Warranty with Service Request. Warranty does not cover shipping of part(s), and Customer is expected to pay any shipping charges associated with their part(s) order, if the part is not in stock at our store. All Warranty claims must be made BEFORE the Warranty term expires. A signed Service Agreement is required before any parts (Warranty or otherwise) will be ordered by Campus Scooter.

4. Serviced scooters will not, under any circumstances, be returned to customer until service bill is PAID IN FULL to Campus Scooter – including any storage charges assessed (see below).

5. Campus Scooter will warranty service work on scooters for 30-days/100 miles following repair. All Service Warranty claims MUST BE made before the term is exceeded via date or miles. Campus Scooter will not warranty ANY service work performed on a scooter without a functioning odometer.

6. Campus Scooter is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, which are stored in or with the scooter while it is being serviced. Customer is expected to remove any trash and/or personal items from the scooter previous to Service Request.

7. Once a repair is completed or in the event a diagnosis is requested and provided, the customer is expected to pick-up their scooter within 48 hours/2-business days from notification of completion of repair (or diagnosis if customer elects not to have repair(s) performed). Campus Scooter simply does not have space to store service scooters. A $5 per day storage fee may be assessed on all scooters that are not picked up by the customer within 2-business days. After 5-business days, Campus Scooter reserves the right to move scooters to off-site Storage Facility AT FULL COST TO SERVICE CUSTOMER.

Any unclaimed scooters will become the property of Campus Scooter after 90-days.

***Unfortunately, we cannot fix all Chinese scooters. Some manufacturers have gone completely out of business or simply do not supply replacement parts for the scooters they produced. We work with the best Parts Suppliers in the business, and stock nearly EVERY mechanical part to service OUR scooters, but we cannot guarantee that all parts will be available to fix your scooter if you didn’t purchase it from us.***

Campus Scooter Non-Customer Service Agreement
